Dance of Ice and Snow: Sicork’s Swordsmanship and Wisdom

Song of Ice and Snow: Skye’s Sword and Wisdom
In the world of Genshin Impact, snow and ice are never monotonous or lonely. They can be a storm that sweeps across the land, a touching poem, or a dance performed by a wise queen. The upcoming 5-star ice element single-handed sword character, Skye, is like a clear snowflake, bringing not only the chill of ice but also the wisdom and beauty of the sword.
Some say Skye’s arrival is like a mysterious invitation. She is a 5-star character with an ice element vision, wields a single-handed sword, and has a critical damage bonus of +38.4%. Behind these numbers lies the story of an ice queen. Her exclusive weapon is called “Cangyao,” with a base attack of 608, an attack percentage of +33.1%, and a critical rate of +12% from the White Mountain’s gift. When her elemental energy is at 0, her attack increases by another 24%, and her critical damage rises by 40%. These numbers tell a tale of ice and swords.
Skye’s normal attack, “Kyokkōgi: Dan,” is like gentle spring rain—soft yet persistent. It can be performed up to five times in a row, like a poem with a rhythmic flow. Her charged attack is different; it consumes stamina, throws a spinning ice spear, and deals damage to enemies in front of her, drawing a beautiful arc in the air. Her plunging attack is like an icy feast, striking enemies in her path and dealing area damage upon landing.
Her Elemental Skill, “Kyokkōgi: Sen,” is where Skye truly shines. She mimics the combat style of the Kyokkōgi, gaining 45 points of serpent’s cunning when tapped or held. Tapping switches her to the Shichirin Issen mode, while holding allows her to move quickly with enhanced resistance to interruptions. Skye can control the direction of her movement and end it early by recasting the skill. This skill seems to say: speed must have direction, movement must have purpose, and combat must have wisdom.
Her Elemental Burst, “Kyokkōgi: Metsu,” is Skye’s masterpiece. It doesn’t rely on elemental energy but on serpent’s cunning. With at least 50 points of serpent’s cunning, she tears through space and unleashes rapid slashes, dealing ice element area damage. For every point of serpent’s cunning above 50, the damage increases, up to a maximum of 12 additional points. In Shichirin Issen mode, her Elemental Burst is replaced by “Kyokkōgi: Jin,” which doesn’t consume serpent’s cunning and grants the “Chōjin” effect until the mode ends. If her inherent talent “Rigeki no Ri” is unlocked, she can absorb nearby rifts, further enhancing her damage. The “Chōjin” effect increases her damage every 0.1 seconds, up to 10 times.
Skye’s fixed skills are equally impressive. Her first inherent talent, “Rigeki no Ri,” allows nearby party members to gain the effects of her skills, further highlighting her role as a wise and powerful ice queen.
